FUNDRAISER

Rather than selling overpriced and unwanted products, you ask for a donation from parents and friends.  As a thank you, contributors are given a Thank You Card with valuable discounts and offers from local retailers.

On the Thank You Card there are 12 offers from local retailers, and an offer from a national hotel chain that we provide. 

How to run your fundraiser:

1. Appoint/hire a chairperson & fundraiser assistants
   (See COST/PROFIT page: Footnote F).
   
   
2. Get 12 retailer offers (3-6 retailers will fill the card)
   • We will help you get local retailer discount offers. 
   • We provide the national hotel offer.
   • Send retailer offers and logos to us for graphic design.
   • We prepare the graphics, print a proof and send to you for approval.
   • Get each retailer to sign and approve their discounts and print.
   • Upon your approval, we will print and send cards to you in 7 days.
     
     
3. Purchase student incentives (See COST/PROFIT page, Footnote E).
   
   
4. Prepare students and teachers for the campaign.
   
   
5. Students ask family, friends, & neighbors for $10 donation.
   
   
6. Contributors receive a Thank You Card at time of donation.

We also provide you free of charge with the ability to raise funds for student incentives and to give a significant thank you to those who helped make your fundraiser successful.
